Zack has over 30 years of diverse leadership and financial experience, ranging from pioneering medical software to managing large-scale retail and manufacturing operations. He began his career as a co-founder of Massachusetts Medical Computer Associates before honing his financial expertise at Keystone Mutual Funds and Fleet Bank (now Bank of America). In 1996, Zack established Axiom Capital Group, Inc., a merchant banking firm providing strategic management and private equity support to middle-market businesses. Since 2014 he has been a key leader at Sunrise, where he currently serves as CEO.

Eric has over 25 years of experience in electronics, physics, and embedded systems development. He began his career in the United States Navy, where he served as an Electronics Technician and was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal. Following his service, he spent over a decade in the semiconductor industry with leaders such as Tokyo Electron, Varian, and Axcelis, where he secured four patents related to ion beam technology and sinusoidal scanning.In 2001, Eric co-founded the consulting firm SmartsInABox, developing embedded electronic solutions for high-profile clients including Raytheon, GE, and the Department of Defense. Since joining Sunrise in 2005, he has spearheaded the development of over 100 product lines and was instrumental in the company’s acquisition and subsequent growth.Eric served as Managing Partner of Sunrise from 2014 to 2019 before transitioning into his current role as CTO.

Steve is a veteran leader at Sunrise Systems with over 19 years of experience at the company’s Pembroke, MA headquarters. As General Manager, he leverages his deep expertise in technical operations and large-scale project management to oversee the design, manufacturing, and strategic direction of the company’s "Made in the USA" LED signage solutions. His core focus includes Operational Leadership, Technical Oversight, and Strategic Growth.

Matt is a key technical leader at Sunrise Systems with over 10 years of experience at the company’s Pembroke, MA headquarters. As Engineering Manager, he leverages his extensive background in multi-disciplinary engineering and product development to lead the electrical, mechanical, and software teams in creating the company’s "Made in the USA" LED signage solutions. His core focus includes Technical Team Leadership, Cross-functional Development, and Product Innovation.

With a strong foundation in fiscal management and process optimization, she brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to Financial Operations. She specializes in high-level financial strategy and day-to-day operational execution, ensuring organizational efficiency and long-term sustainability. Her core focus includes Process Optimization, Fiscal Oversight, and Cross-functional Collaboration.

Jeff is a seasoned operational leader at Sunrise Systems with over 14 years of experience specializing in manufacturing excellence and complex project management. He leverages a deep background in high-standard production environments to ensure that every transit and infrastructure solution meets rigorous quality and performance benchmarks. His core focus includes Operational Excellence, ITS Project Leadership, and Strategic Alignment.
